I had bought a mypurmist free and one of the bottles was defective/unusable. I reached out to customer service and within an hour of emailing, they responded and offered me 20 refills for free! They were extremely kind and the bottles came quite fast. The actual box was not too tight, so it was slightly open, but nothing too concerning since there was another box it was inside of.
