An AMAZING grinder! Purchased as an entry level grinder to start espresso (pressurized baskets). Easy to set up and has worked perfectly for my needs. The build is sturdy. I don't keep beans in the hopper as I change daily. I've also used it for filter coffee without issue (mom loved that). There is some retention unfortunately but that's with most grinders. There are solutions to minimize retention online. Overall, a solid 4.8 machine for me.
