“Was sent the wrong finish on my print was supposed to be black and white sent sephia. Called to have it corrected they said sure but I had to pay for shipping on new print. Really your screw up and I have to pay again. I really wanted the photo so stupid me paid and waited and waited called back says I didn’t verify reprint therefore it was shipped. I never received confirmation email so they resent it verified it so here I am waiting. Not holding out much hope and in the future I doubt I will do any business with this company.”
