“My canvas arrived with the mounting hardware on the bottom of the canvas, therefore upside down. When I called I was told that they would send me a new canvas as the hardware needed to be mounted by a professional. They said there is a risk of trying to change it myself as the canvas could tear which did happen. 2 weeks later I received an email that they were sending the mounting hardware. I called again and said my canvas was torn and I was told I would receive a new one. They refused to help. Terrible customer service.”

“they both came out beautiful, i would show the canvases but they have my kids on them and i am keeping them off of social media until they get much older. we had these done during the free shipping offer which made a big deal since they were shipped to maui”

“I was supposed to receive my print with a sawtooth hanger attached to the print. Instead the print had no hanger attached at all. When I called about their mistake I was told that they would create a reprint, attach the sawtooth hanger, and send it to me asap. After about 10 days I called to check on the progress and was told that they were sending me some oddball wall hanging system (which I was previously charged for even though I didn’t order it). I explained to her what I was previously promised and had a confirmation email as proof, but she refused to provide the reprint with sawtooth as promised in writing! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.”

“The canvas finally got here but the woman’s head and the horse’s feet were folded on top and bottom where you could not see them. To fix it. They said they would reprint it but I would have to pay the shipping. BAD BUSINESS. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
