“On 5/16 I placed the order. This was an experiment for a bunch of larger canvas prints I was going to order. I am glad I only tested with some small ones. One of the items I receive was not cropped accurately and looked distorted. When I reach out with images of what was uploaded, of the order confirmation image and the item I received, they told me I had to wait to have a team “confirm” that there was actually an issue with my order. When finally heard back from them they had determined the issue was on their end. I was then told that they could refund me for that print and that I would have to re-order it. I opted for just the refund in May 30th and on June 2nd they confirm my refund request but I have YET to see it come through. Then I received an email thanking me for my order showing the print that needed to be corrected and saying it would be delivered on 6/13. I did not receive it and when I look at the “tracking” it says it was never shipped???!! I definitely learned a lesson and will not be going through them for the rest of my print needs.”
