“I could not ask for a better customer service experience. My photographer dropped the ball providing me with an electronic file that was too bright and insufficient color saturation. I sent Easy Canvas my file and received my print to canvas photo in record time. However, upon putting up on the wall, it was obvious that the picture was too light. I emailed Easy Canvas and their art department took my original file and fixed the hue issues and reprinted my 18x26 canvas for the cost of shipping & handling only. They went above and beyond what I expected the company to do. I was thinking more of a discount or promo code to redo and they did it for FREE! Now that is pride in your workmanship!”
