“The print I received was completely washed out. The colors were nothing like image I submitted. (See the attached images.) I called right away to ask for a replacement, but it's been 5 days now, and I have heard nothing. When I've called, they keep saying they need to evaluate the problem. This is ridiculous! I sent them a picture of what I received, and it's obvious that it's wrong. They should have sent me a new one right away, and I should have received it by now! Bad customer service! I'm not happy at all.”

“Quality is awful. Colors are not vibrant or bright. I paid extra to have nice finished sides and extra hanging kit. I got neither. I would like to return but not sure how.”
