“Metal arrived with a few dings/bends in it. I also contacted customer service, who seemed very short and bothered they were contacted, when I realized we uploaded the wrong photo and resubmitted the one to be used and was told the newly uploaded photo would be used and when arrived and opened it was the wrong photo.”

“Metal was very poor quality as was the “print”. My pice came severely damaged with bends all around the image. I asked for a refund, but haven’t gotten another email from the person I was speaking with.”
