“Prints are really bad quality. If I'd known they'd look this way, I would have chosen smaller sizes, or better yet, gone elsewhere. Super disappointing. I edited my photos beforehand to make sure they'd look great, and they look terrible, I might throw them all out. Huge waste of money. I got four 8x10s and four 18x24 type sizes and even the small ones are pixilated.”

“I ordered a 24X 36 metal print and it arrived with three bent corners one of the corners was bent so badly. It was actually crimped. The packaging was insufficient at best. There was no buffer space between the print and the outer package even just a little bit of foam on the corners would probably have prevented any damage . I am more than disappointed with the condition of my print, I’m not sure it can be properly displayed, and considering it was over $100, three out of four damaged corners is completely unacceptable.”
