“There was a damage made by a shipping service provider (UPS) but Easy Canvas Print corrected the issue at no cost to me. Very responsive, responsible, accountable and customer service oriented business establishment. Highly recommend to do business with. I will be doing all my printing works here.”

“My print had vertical lines like waves on it that wasn’t part of the picture but how the photo was applied onto the metal frame. I am going through a process now of trying to resolve it.”

“I lived the picture but the corner was bent. The box it came in had no tears or dings so the bent corner came from the factory. I think that is frustrating and bad business to send that off to the customer like that. I didn't send it back because I didn't think it was worth the hassle I took plyers and fixed it best icould.”

“Photo is nice came with a wooden block to hang. Wasn't the same as I purchased from Costco when they had a photo dept, but I went through Costco.com. Not unhappy, because it looks good, just not the same as the ones I prevously purchased as I was hoping for.”

“I purchased this for my husband for our 19th wedding anniversary. I was so excited to see it. When i opened it, Its very pixelated and doesn't look good. I wish it had prompted me in the design stage that it wasn't clear I could have scanned the photo differently. I wish I could start it again”
