“I ordered 2 prints of the same sign for a bathroom - one was fine, a little soft focus but ok. The second needed to be be reprinted because it looked like it had slipped during printing and was extremely blurry. They did a reprint for me but it took close to 5 weeks after the first shipment had arrived. So I believe that was a bit overdue but at least they did replace it.”
