“Twice, the frame came bent in the corners. Since the packaging was not damaged, it was put in the box bent. TWICE!! The first time it even had some white spots on the picture that did not exist in the original picture. After more than a month and 2 attempts to get the picture right, I still don’t have a frame. Very disappointing. Customer service was nice and tried their best but the production part was very incompetent.”
