“The print has some minor defects in the finish (small bubble) The hanging system was not centered in the print so it can’t be hung. Customer service has been working to fix the issue. So far I have spoken to 2 people to get the issue fixed. The second person has had to contact a third person and I am waiting to hear how everything is going to work out. I will say that everyone has seemed interested in fixing my issue. For the price of this metal print I feel the quality is exceptable. I would consider ordering from this company again if they make my current issue right.”
