“So here is the problem..the first purchase was in error since I ordered canvas and it came as paper. When I complained you were gracious enough to offer to replace it with a canvas with only a shipping charge. Alas I just received the replacement that is in fact canvas but now has the error that it was not corrected to the right coloration as I had previously ordered. What now?”

“It was a 16 x 16 print and it came out beautifully! Of course the picture I had taken was worth framing. The process was fast, easy, quality glass and frame . Received it before the actual planned date. I would certainly use Easy Canvas Prints again. It will encourage me to take more photos too.”
