“Had an issue with my final print. After several phone calls and unanswered emails I was issued a partial refund. The refund took 2 weeks for them to "finalize" after I was told it would be issued. I had to reorder the print, pay again for postage and received my print after Christmas. Find another provider. They lack interest in follow up, customer service and refunds.”

“The frame was fine, the packaging was fine, but the pic was blurry. Some would point to quality of picture that was provided, but similar products were purchased elsewhere and their quality was great.”
