“I have gotten things on acrylic and canvas from here before and was 5star happy. For the paper print, I got a 20 x 16 framed print. I chose the smaller size image with a white border. I wrongly assumed that was a matte, but it is just printed smaller on the paper. No matte and because the frame is sealed up nice in the back, it’s not super easy to add a matte to. I was also disappointed that it came out a little too dark — I have learned pictures printed on laser printers come out darker than home ink jet printers, but I don’t know how to compensate for the darkness without guessing on black level (decrease) and saturation (increase), do I would prefer an option to approve the print before they actually do the final image or the offer a service to recalibrate the image for me. That said, it was acceptable to put in an art show for an affordable price. Also other pieces I have had printed were professionally color corrected first, so mostly it’s me. I will have to experiment with some more to see what I think”
