“There was clear and the frame is beautiful. However, the picture had white gaps on each side that was uneven. I assumed once I edited the picture that they would make sure it’s aligned before they send it to me.”

“I did not purchase 8x10 framed prints. I 4 purchased 24x36 framed poster. 1 out 4 the frames were damaged. I was able to fix it. pictures avalible on request. Also, picture hanging hardware was not consistent on all four frames.”

“Unfortunately, they didn't edit out the extra foot in the photo print, I thought I had edited it out but, it was there when I got the framed finished version. Ugh.”
