“Never received the item because despite ordering this well before Christmas, and choosing shipping 5-7 business days, when I checked the estimated delivery date it was January 9th which would have been a month after ordering. When I reached out to “customer service” they replied that I should have chosen expedited shipping at checkout…. There was no need for expedited shipping because the one I chose would have had the print at my home the week before Christmas. Will likely never order again. Still waiting on my refund.”

“The picture was blurry and very pixilated… look awful! Would not recommend this product.. stick with the canvas. I am also disappointed in the customer service. I sent in a request for reprint or refund over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back.”

“The frame and picture were great for the price, but I was upset because I paid extra for the wall hanger and it was placed on the wrong side, so it doesnt hang the right way.”

“It was framed incorrectly. I immediately sent an email with picture of the problem and was promised a re-do. I have not heard anything since and am waiting for my correctly framed picture.”
