“The photos and the process was excellent. The one negative thing was the dimensions. I order 9 framed with matting. It was listed as 20”x16” and I looked high and low for anything to tell me otherwise as my spacing was so tight and pivotal to this bit of information (I was ordering 9 to fill a wall). The actual dimension was 21.5 x 17.5”. This nearly killed the entire project (the spacing was that tight!) I found an alternate wall to create the vision. But this information should be easy to find and transparent. I still haven’t found where it says it’s anything other than 20”x16”.”
