“The quality of the print is good however the frame and mat are garbage. I figured for the price I’d be getting a wood frame with glass. Instead the mat on the picture is just a white border, not an actual cut out mat. The frame is cheep particle board and it’s plexiglass instead of glass. I could have done this at Walmart for a fraction of the price.”

“The bottom of the picture was cut off by the frame. So they said they corrected the situation, sent a copy of what the final picture would look like, I approved it, and it showed up looking just like the first picture they sent. We had the artist re do the bottom of the picture so the signature is higher. We are now in a time crunch because this picture is to be presented as a gift in 2 weeks and Easy Canvas Prints says they can’t produce the picture in time and can’t put a rush on it. I had to pay shipping 3 times to accommodate all their mistakes. I would not recommend this company and won’t use them again.”
