“The photos and the process was excellent. The one negative thing was the dimensions. I order 9 framed with matting. It was listed as 20”x16” and I looked high and low for anything to tell me otherwise as my spacing was so tight and pivotal to this bit of information (I was ordering 9 to fill a wall). The actual dimension was 21.5 x 17.5”. This nearly killed the entire project (the spacing was that tight!) I found an alternate wall to create the vision. But this information should be easy to find and transparent. I still haven’t found where it says it’s anything other than 20”x16”.”

“The frame is fine, but the picture quality was just horrible. Some other companies warn the customer beforehand if the picture quality will be low due to the uploaded picture. Their algorithm's are much better. The image was pixelated and was not cropped as instructed. Unfortunately, I am disappointed and will not recommend or seek any future services. Thank you.”

“The picture itself came out good for the size I wanted but I ordered it on canvas and got a framed print that didn't even have real glass in the frame. I guess it was plastic.”
