“I am not a happy customer. Six to eight weeks for delivery. 1/3 of the products don’t work or faulty I was told can only get credit if I kept the original package…which I don’t tend to keep garbage. My Sept 11th order has yet to be delivered…been 2 weeks without might as well just quit. October order may have been my last”
“I haven't had any problems with the products you sell. I think the 6 pack refill cartridges were a better deal then what I bought previously. I hope to buy more soon. My only problem with the whole buying thing is that they take so long to get to me. I'd also like the option of being able to buy non nicotine/tobacco in the near future as I'm trying to quit smoking completely soon and that would be my next step.”
“Love the flavor, however, the cartridges don’t seem to last as long as they used to. I’ve been a customer for years and it seems like I’m changing the cartridges more frequently than in the past. I’m also not happy with the delivery process. I realize the rules for shipping electronic cigarettes products are what is driving the process, but I work and it is not easy for me to be home to accept and sign for the delivery.”
