“The refills are fine . I find the batteries frustrating even when following instructions for longer life. Sometimes they won’t light to charge u less you. Twist them a few times. Charging time seems long. The batteries drive me crazy!”

Have not received my order of Dec 4 either. Other than this massive screw up I like the product fine.”
