“When I do these reviews I tried to be as honest as I can. I'm reviewing now this order and sadly have not even received it yet and this is the second time that it has seriously got lost in the mail and neither the post office nor 21st-century smoke wants to take responsibility and find out where it is. It's a good product but don't expect sufficient response or help when it does not come in the mail when it should have.”
