“I purchased a 44 Pro custom (outfield) glove for my son for Christmas and everything about it was great and have no complaints. Highly recommend….. But I bought a Speed Custom (firstbase) glove in April/May for this upcoming season, and no matter what I do, the pocket won’t hold the ball in the glove when u go to swipe tag and some times the ball just pops out when you go to catch it. Definitely not the same quality as Pro Custom. I have never experienced a issue like this before.”
“The glove was designed according to the description given. However, I was very dissatisfied with was my coupon offer not being able to be applied at checkout. My total purchase for the glove was $213.32 which is not a cheap gift. I received a 20% off coupon for a 1st time purchase: Prome Code: WL20-NIOSRU9S. In the checking out process, I was not allowed to apply this offer. I even sent 3 different emails to your support team with NO response. If this gift was not so important to my grandson, I would have cancelled.”
