“Bought for my 16 year old son. Great bat for price. Decent pop, no vibration. Customer support not great. Everything is automated with pre-filled in questions and responses. No phone number or email. My bat arrived with damage to the endcap and I wanted to inquire about options that I had if the bat integrity was questioned during use but all that I could find was "Return Bat." I didn't want to do that considering it took 4 weeks to get the first time. Anyway.... just kept it.”
