“I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from 44Pro.
I purchased a bat that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, as it was intended to be a Christmas gift and also needed for tournament play and practices. The bat did not arrive on time and ultimately showed up more than two weeks after the promised delivery date, completely missing the purpose of the purchase.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had this issue. The same thing happened two years ago when we ordered two custom gloves—missed timelines and delayed delivery. At that time, we gave the company another chance.
What makes this more frustrating is that our family introduced this brand to our team, and as a result, many teammates placed orders based on our recommendation. Given this repeated experience, no additional products will be ordered by our family or our team moving forward.
There is no one to speak with directly, only email communication, and the response time is unacceptable—especially considering these products are not cheap. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect premium service and reliability.
If deadlines matter to you, especially for gifts or season schedules, I would strongly caution against ordering from 44Pro.”
“Hello folks at the 44 Pro Fam… I’m a VERY wordy guy and I could really dig in.. but I’ll spare y’all!! lol Really, it’s easy to be honest. The bat is incredible in every aspect from aesthetics to feel and performance,, no joke, knocked it out of the park. But folks, it was the sitting with my lil guy.. and letting him decide. Told him he earned his new bat. I’d take him out and get him ANY brand he wanted. I found this sight while shopping myself. I told him about it and made it an option. He loved the idea. Then we sat together and designed the bat.. and he was ALL ABOUT IT. Then the detailed process of the order and fabrication of the bat with emails… we loved that as well. Then when it showed up and I got to watch the satisfaction in his face. Then the ownership pride at the batting cage and more important on the field… go hand-in-hand with the whole experience and for that 44 Pro, we are extremely happy and thankful. So much so, we just washed and repeated with a custom 44 Pro infield glove!! Yessssss

“My son had to get the new USSSA 44 PRO bat since he already had a glove. He loved being able to customize all parts. We have only been out a few times to hit with so far but initial thoughts are that it is really good. He already had the Hype Fire But really enjoys the 44 PRO. We haven't had a chance to get to a hittrax yet to see the exact number difference. Definitely advise this bat especially at the price.”
