“I bought this guard because I bought my son a glove for Christmas and it arrived late so I got a gift card since my son didn't get the glove in time for Christmas morning. The guard has been in the preparing to be shipped stage for three weeks. I sent a message asking for a status and got a very brief response saying it would ship when it ships. It is very disappointing that there is nobody to talk to help get this resolved. Today is 2 months from when I started the order and again my son will be disappointed as he will not have the guard for the start of his high school season. I am sure the product will be of good quality. It is just a shame the customer service and shipping speed is not better.”
