“We downloaded the sizing chart, and printed it several different ways to try to fit it to the appropriate sizing, but it doesn't seem to be properly set up to print on a letter size regardless of my printer's settings. As a result, my son's custom gloves are quite tight on him, so won't last him very long. Given the high price for the gloves, it's pretty disappointing.”

As of today your site still shows that the gloves are "in production". I've ordered custom fielding gloves from you before with great experience, but this situation has me thinking that your customer service has some serious issues now.”
