“I literally mis-marked the Signature Series glove with the C2 glove. I seen my mistake literally minutes after making my order. I was told I could not make the change. COME ON. That was an easy call on 44’s side. It was a honest mistake on my end. They didn’t even allow me to cancel my order and start over. THAT IS VERY POOR ON HOW 44 handled that very simplistic situation for a customer!”
“Ordered an adult glove. The glove sent, although the correct dimensions, is a child's size. An adult hand does not fit in the glove. Company insists it is correct and made no attempt to suggest corrections. It is not an adult glove if it does not allow for the adult hand.”
