“The overall experience with 44pro is fun, building your custom glove is exciting and with the crown tip there are lots of personalized and color options.
The overall quality of the glove is fair, I would say it's somewhere between a Rawlings R9 & HoH.
Something I would defintely have done differently is getting the Kip Leather Palm Liner as the traditional leather is quite thin with very little protection. 2nd, I would definitely only choose the Ultra 90% Player break in. I chose standard, and the glovecame with a crease right down the middle of the palm, turning it into a pancake close, and with the thin palm has made it very difficult to reshape
Overall, a decent glove, however as my son gets older and plays more competetively it will see how the glove holds up, he is currently 16U”
“I got this for my son’s 12th birthday. He helped me design it not knowing I was going to buy it for him. The glove came out beautiful! The waffle leather & the overall color combination came out . He kept getting compliments from his teammates when he first got it. I love the company’s ability to allow further customization options than what’s in the actual glove editor and their ability to execute the vision of what you want the glove to look like. Performance wise, my son says it is much better & lighter than his previous glove and he just feels real good wearing it. Can’t recommend 44 Pro enough!”
