“Customer service was terrible, but the glove is pretty nice so they offset each other. After getting over the bad experience with customer service, I don’t have anything negative to say other than the pinky pocket kind of hurts. Maybe it’s because I elected for the gill lacing, but there’s a lace right at the pinky tip that bothers me after a while. Leather colors were nice, though. And it’s firmer and better quality than what I was expecting.”
“The glove required a huge break in, and it was too small for my hand. I tried dowels, glove oil, rubber bands, all to no avail. I would not recommend this glove. Go to a sporting goods store and try on an existing glove. Once you find one you like, buy it. Don't waste your time and money here.”
“Order a custom outfield glove because, as a lefty, nice gloves are hard to come by where I am from. Received the glove and had it game ready in less than two months, while the leather has remained solid. Couldn’t be happier with it.”
