“Custom graphic was messed up. Got a replacement glove and custom graphic switched to the cross.
New glove came and didn’t have the cross on it. I think the customer service from 44 is lacking.
Paid extra and didn’t receive the cross graphic after being assured it would be there.”
“The craftsmenship of the glove is as good as I have seen in my lifetime. It is a pro level of quality, like it was made for a pro during spring training. The shipping took longer than we had expected but that probably had more to do with out remote location than anything else. The email updates were fun and helpful as well, and personal email communications about the specifics of the glove were something I can not imagine happens with any other companies. This is a product I would recommend to any other serious ball player and a company I will recommend to others, one I would get behind 100%.”
