“Ordered our first glove loved it. Ordered a new (same size) different color and it is a good inch or more longer. The company will not respond so we have a glove that is useless. Not happy and glad we only ordered one and not another for our other child. Poor communication as there isnt a phone and they will only email yet they never respond to those.”
“Would recommend on the insane level of customization but this glove is impossibly hard and hard to break in. We ordered it and had it steamed and conditioned twice and it is still too hard for our daughter to even close in the youth size. Will have to work it for a lot longer to even get it functional which is a bust because it does look sharp and she wants to play with it.”

“I first wanna say that the glove looks amazing. The ordering process was easy fast and sufficient. We received the glove. It looks beautiful, but the glove is very very very stiff. I’ve been trying to break it in for the last 32 to 3 months and is still not broken in it does not close as easy as previous gloves, but I completely understand because its Japanese Kip leather I bought the glove for my daughter who is nine years old so I bought a youth glove and the glove is a little heavy for her. Hopefully, she will be able to use it this coming spring, but is still stiff for her to close even though I bought the smaller hand pocket I’ve been working it breaking it in pounding it and if there’s any advice that you can give me or email me that would be great and I would appreciate it but otherwise it’s not a bad glove and it does look amazing. Hopefully that I can break it in good enough, where she can use it.”
“Do NOT get flag embroideries. I customized a glove for my daughter. It got here after weeks of anticipation, and were absolutely appalled. The glove was great, but the embroidery completely ruin it. It’s the Oklahoma flag (look it up) and it looks horrendous. It’s squiggly lines and trust me… go to one of their Facebook posts. You’ll see the picture of it.. do not show a crisp image of the flag when that’s not the products getting done. They should show what it actually looks like. My issue was “resolved” with a $30 rebate. Great quality gloves, HORRIBLE embroidery work.”
