“44 is fantastic. I've always wanted a custom glove but could never justify the expense. I saw 44 online and the price seemed to be too good to be true. Then I decided to play around with their glove builder. It was intuitive and I was able to quickly modify the style, colors and options for the glove. Once I finished up I decided to purchase it. I got updates as my order was making it's way through production and ultilmately in my hands. For the price it was a great value. The stitching and leather were better than I anticipated and the glove felt great. That was 3-4 years ago and I have bought gloves for each of my kids and recommended to a handfull of my softball teammates to purchase their own. I'm sold on 44 gloves.”

“Glove is solid, breaking in a bit faster than normal but still about average. I HATE the comfort pro thumb sleeve. If I could cut it out (sewn in) I would. It is so tight on the thumb that I can’t wait to take the glove off. I eventually fixed it by shoving the butt end of a screw driver in the thumb when not playing to stretch the sleeve or open. Other than that, I do like the glove and would buy another, just without the comfort thumb sleeve.”

“The glove I customized was to be of “pro grade” material. That couldn’t be further from what I received. The glove was… flimsy to best put it even though I ordered stiff. The leather was on par with cheap medical custom gloves. The laces were thin and brittle. After discussing these issues with a 44 rep, I was allowed to return the custom glove for a refund. I’d avoid the process in the future. Too many reports of a 50% chance that you’d receive a high quality glove.”
