“Our first experience with custom 44 was a bit rough with plenty of anticipation of a new glove emotions were high and excitement however, love did not arrive in time for Christmas as it was a gift, even though it was guaranteed could not get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue as well once we received the Glove, lacing and portion was incorrect colour still no reply due to this inconvenience I would not recommend going through them I would outsource potentially a smaller based company to provide better service overall sadly, very disappointed for our competitive pitcher, as it is not the exact design she made.”
