“I ordered a glove for my daughter and set it up so that i would break it in myself. While trying to break it in, I damaged the webbing. Basically tore a whole in it, I checked with 44 Pro to see if I could order a new webbing. They emailed me back within 24 hrs, and had a new one ordered for me the next day. They were very understaning of the situation and a huge help.

“The glove took almost 2 months to ship. I had to email several times to receive a response from 44. I assumed it was lost in the queue so I was about to report it to my credit card company, when finally someone from 44 responded with the ETA. The colors and design of the glove is nice, however, my softball pitcher daughter is not able to use it right now. It's just too big. We ordered the 12.5 inch, her current glove size in another brand, but this one is almost an inch bigger. I would suggest sizing down. We also ordered game ready, but this will need quite a bit of breaking in. We probably won't order again. $200 down the drain.”

“I was told on Oct 30 that my glove should be done and delivered within 7-8 weeks. I got an email at the 8 week mark asking me to review my glove, but the thing is, I hadn't gotten my glove. I figured this was just an automated email and didn't think too much about it, even though my glove has been listed on my account as "Stage 6: Preparing for Shipment" for almost a month at that point. I waited another week before contacting Pro 44 about this since the 8th week landed on Christmas Eve and got an automated reply saying their offices are closed until Jan 2. It is now Jan 7 and I have not heard anything back about what is going on with my glove. Tomorrow it will be *10 weeks* since I was told by Pro 44 that my glove would be ready 2 weels ago. If I do not hear by someone by the end of the week I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company about opening a fraud case.”

Super stiff Definitely should have done the fifty percent break in.. That said we've only had it for a few days.This is forcing me to leave a review on this particular item as well When i'm really just wanting to leave a review on the custom batting gloves right now that we hate.
That said, it's definitely going to take some work to break this glove in but I love how custom you can make it and it is absolutely gorgeous even if it becomes a wall hanger... I'm sure even if it takes years to eventually break this glove in she will use this glove and love it...since I'm having to leave a feedback And review prematurely it's getting three stars because that's how I feel about the whole purchase and transaction right now..”
