“I had gotten a glove made a little over a year ago, I really liked it but the laces broke very quickly.... I had it relaced and it's been good since.. Fast forward to this year, I thought I had lost my glove so I went on the site and ordered one as close as I could to what i had. Then my glove I thought i had lost was found and returned to me, I contacted the company a day or two after placing the replacement order to cancel.. they told me they couldn't cancel cause production had started which I highly doubt. I asked if we could make a 1b mitt instead, I was told no...... So I waited for this glove to show up about two months later.. Ithink they changed their template and I can't even fit my hand in the glove.. I've contacted them more than once to try to make it right. with no answer... So I'm going to dispute the transaction and throw this POS glove away... Never again will I recommend this company. I love my other glove but customers being happy doesn't seem to mean anything to these guys... maybe they'll see this and finally care..”
