“Initially, I was rather unimpressed with what you get for the cost. The items were basic and small. However, my son was really into it and enjoyed doing the workbook, getting his little letter pieces and reviewing them with me. Be aware that, after the first book, nowhere in the parent teaching guide does it tell you when to read the next book. Apparently, you're just supposed to continue with them, but that wasn't clear. Will your child be actually reading in four weeks? No. But this will get them on the path to trying, and give you a basic tool to help them begin.”
