“My daughter finished kindergarten and was still struggling with reading and phonics. After 3 weeks of Learning Dynamics, she is loving reading! She is able to decode phonetically and is getting to do so with quicker fluency. She loves the books and the lessons. The songs and stories used to reinforce letter sounds are fun and entertaining. I can show her the letter cards and she is easily sounding out 3 and 4 letter words now. This program has been a blessing for our family. We finally found something that worked. Now when I'm reading aloud chapter books my daughter readily jumps in and is confident to sound out some of the words. She is making fast progress. This has been the first program that worked for her (and we have tried many before this one). I recommend this program for all beginner readers!”
“It would think 4 year old is the right fit. I have 3 and 5. The 3 year old can pick up phonic but she can’t do word at all. For my 5 years old, she thinks it is bored. However, she can jump right to the book. I would say this kit is perfect for 4 year old.”

“The LDRS is effective for learning letters and sounds, but lacks instruction on blending sounds, when to insert all the books and reading. It would be helpful to have songs, activities and instruction about blending letters which would translate to reading.”
“I really like that this program tells you everything to say and do so clearly. The parent instructions are very specific and detailed. I like the characters, songs, and the workbook. Still, it wasn't quite enough to keep my nearly 5 year old entertained. She liked it up until we got to the first book and I haven't been able to get her to do it since. Maybe she felt frustrated that she couldn't put the sounds together? I might pick it up again later and see if it might better when she is a little older.”
