“The Magnesium Sleep Lotion was an easy product to include in my self-care routine. I mostly used the lotion in the evening, but I occasionally applied the cream after a shower earlier in the day. I purchased the lotion in the 200mL size which is in a sturdy plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. Some pump dispensers are problematic, but this dispenser worked well the whole time. The product had the consistency of a lotion and I had to massage it well into my skin to assist its absorption. The scent was more like chamomile than lavender, but it did not have an unpleasant grassy note. The lotion left a sticky finish on my skin, and I could feel a subtle tackiness the next day. Usually I will give a reduced star rating for a product that has a sticky residue, but I'm still giving this product five stars because the stickiness is probably from the magnesium. This is the third brand of topical magnesium that I have tried so I feel that it's too early to experience significant results. I will try other brands and formulas to see which ones work best for me.”
“I use this lotion on the top of my feet and back of my calves every night. Rarely go without it! The lotion is nicer than using the spray gel as it’s not sticky. It would be great if this product came in a smaller tube for travel as the pump is awkward to pack without spilling.”
“Too early to tell if it's working; it's only been one day. I like that it's not sticky, unlike the magnesium oil spray I've tried from my naturopath. I'm very disappointed in the size, as it's meant to be for your body. Too small for the body; it needs to be larger. This looks more like the size of a face cream, not a body cream.”
“I get a number of aches and pains in my legs and feet. I usually use magnesium powder orally, but decided to give this a go. I can’t say that I noticed a real difference using this, unfortunately.
