“I purchased this product to help with sleeping difficulties due to neck tension and restless legs. It is pleasant to apply and absorbs quickly (being a lotion it is not suitable for extended massaging) The lavender smell is relaxing. I slept very well the first night I used it, and overall, after a couple of weeks, I would say the effect has been positive on my sleep quality. I have noticed that the magnesium seems to leave a film on my hands which feels a little strange when wetting the hands to wash them. Soap removes it easily, though, so it's not a negative.”
