“I started using block soap to wash dishes over the COVID lockdown as a trial. As the days went by I remembered my first cooking class in High School....block Velvet soap in a metal cage. I was so happy to find these baskets are available. When I told a friend about them she 'wished' she could have one, where did I find it? Lucky for her I'd ordered 3 (one for my mother-in-law for Christmas and a spare). Fond memories for all of us. I love that the scraps of soap can be used to the end and no mush. This is a winner all round. Part of me is hanging out for the time it rusts (probably not as this one is stainless steel) memories of the rusty ones at school are fine. LOVE it.”
