Comfortable and easy to clean (I clean the cup once a day in the sink after emptying it in to the toilet and once in the shower, easier that way). If you've never used a menstrual cup before my advice is to persevere, I tried it the first time when I didn't have work and when no one was around. That way I was able to try a few times to see the easiest way to fold / insert the cup. Once you've got a folding method that suits you, it's the best change you will ever make. Saves so much in the way of waste and not having to change it as much as tampons makes the week so much easier!”
