I hate emptying in a public bathroom, I don't feel like rinsing with a water bottle is enough to 'clean' it and if I forget my water bottle? yikes Personally I try and empty and reinsert when I'm at home or at my work since there's only usually one of us at a time in the bathroom, I still have some troubles inserting since this size is a bit too big so I like to be able to take my time. I find changing in the shower is the most convenient, but you really have to find what works best for you! The transition can be a bit daunting but if you work slowly to figure out how to make it work for you, you'll really reap the benefits”
“Before I purchased and used this product, I watched a lot of youtube reviews and instructional videos, as well as reading comments and forums on tips and advice so I knew what I was getting into with the initial difficulty of inserting it and taking it out. The first time taking it out was scary I have to admit but I persisted throughout my period and only ended up having to wear for 3 days before it was so light I just used a panty liner after.
