“Honestly, this has been the greatest change I've made not only for myself but also the environment. I would always dread that time of the month, paranoid about leaking or just the annoying changing tampons/pads and this has been the easiest transition - cant believe I was so hesitant when my friend told me about them so many moons ago. It makes every single activity less stress free. From going to the beach, hiking, gym or yoga, road trips, you name it, it's just all better!
At first, it was a little different to get used to but I guess it was like using tampons at the beginning too..
The only thing I'd recommend, is if you are out and about, to carry a bottle of water/cleaning wipes in case you do need to change / clean, but there's no where to do so.”

“I have to admit, I was hesitant to try these out.....but my friend finally convinced me to give it a go.
Definitely a little awkward the first time, but it's already heaps easier after only 3 uses. Love that they're so environmentally friendly and I find them so much easier to use and get used to than tampons (I mean, I'm 30 and I'm STILL never sure if they're in the damn right spot.....).

“It's a different experience but similar to tampons, it may take a little time to get the hang of it. Personally I never liked tampons or pads but didn't know of any alternatives, also I hate the idea of used sanitary products in landfill.
For my first cup I was surprised to have had a successful application and have zero issues while using it, no leaks, no scary stories of it getting stuck or anything and it's super comfortable, I wish I knew about these in high school.
I highly recommend to everyone who gets their cycle; easy application, don't have to change it multiple times a day, saves a lot of money and the environment too it's a win, win, win. I'll never go back to tampons”
“This cup is great to use. I find its 'staying power' (for lack of a better word) to be better than any other cup I have used. I did have some issues with the stem breaking, but the company provided a replacement and I have had no issues since.”
“This is the first and only menstrual cup I've ever used. Took me a little while to get used to (check out the website or even watch YouTube videos if you're unsure about insertion/removal) but once I did it was a load off. You can keep it in for longer than a tampon, you can't feel it and I've had very few leaking problems.
Only trouble is in public spaces or bathrooms ..(I like to give it a rinse before reinserting) so have to think ahead but totally worth it to avoid waste (also less annoying than the constant search for tampons).”
“This was my first ever cup purchase and was lucky enough to have success with it first go! I've been using my cup for 8 cycles so far and have saved roughly $90 instead of buying disposable sanitary products. It is a very reliable and comfortable cup, I also loved the waste free packaging it came in with smart use of the box with the directions inside, I did do more research online as well for proper insertion and removal and have mastered it since. (I highly suggest using a personal lubricant for easier use as well)
I highly recommend switching to a cup for both environmental and comfort reasons, sleeping and summer time on my period used to be hell, now I can insert and forget about it until the end of the day in the shower for clean and easy cleaning and reinsertion. So glad I made the switch and I am never going back to disposables ever again.”
