I only cook with it, and it's fantastic in cooking. I mix it up with stick blender and it adds a beautiful creaminess. I have used the almond mylk base as well, and I prefer this one - it's a lighter, more neutral flavour. The texture isn't an issue either with cooking, either.
It works out about the same price as buying a tetra pack, but without all the waste. the jars are a nice size for reusing as well, with the wide mouth.”
