“My 5 year old Cannondale Neo 2 purchased from them developed a creak when power applied to pedals - they quicky ruled out drive system and established it was the Battery Box/Door and contacted Cannondale to discuss the problem. But the Model was no longer made and spare door etc. was no longer available so they tried to improve position, fixing and lubrication to sucessfully reduce/minize the creak.”
