“The Mahle x35+ is a light electric system built into the hub and frame of some ebikes brands. Unfortunately every time an update of the software system is released you need to go to a dealer and ask them to do it for you. How inconvenient! What if you bought your e-bike online? What if your shop (Pure Electric) closed down? My Orbea Vibe H30 stopped working as an ebike, no assist power until I update the system. The nearest dealer has many comments on google maps as "scammers", there are only a couple more in London and they are very far away from me. Even worse if the users live away from a city. I really regret having bought this brand even if I enjoyed the weight and the sleek look of my ebike.”
