A simple but slick looking design from Orbea. Love the matte paint too! I have been riding an Orbea Avant (alloy) bike for a couple of years so went with the same frame size. Im 5'11 and ride a 55cm. I think its a good fit although an expert may tell me different. some experimentation with stem length would be nice if i was being fussy. Pictures of the bike show it with minimal headset spacers (a slammed front end) but my new bike arrived with a few more spacers installed. This is probably in my favour as i wouldnt consider my riding style to be all-out aggressive. The overall stem height is still considerably lower than my Avant. Shimano 105 seems as solid and reliable as ever at this price tier. After a few short rides and playing with my saddle position, the bike feels light and very responsive. It definitely feels faster/snappier than the Avant model i have been riding and encourages me to use the drop bars more. I dont really know if thats purely due to a change in geometry or perhaps the carbon frame, but it defo seems to be more speed/climbing orientated than what im used to. This is my first carbon bike. I look forward to familiarising myself with the Orca m30 and hopefully cranking out lots of enjoyable miles on it....
