In the first bundle, the head unit would not pick up the cadence sensor and then the hrm. On the 4th day it would not charge. Guiseppe at 99Bikes was very helpful in getting a replacement

Nice & small & light weight. Very happy with garmin’s devices - cadence & speed sensors no hassle. I wear a wrist Myzone heart rate device connected easily. So far so good.

Cadence sensor was faulty. Replaced batteries, spent an hour or so trying to troubleshoot. Jumped on internet to look for an answer. Seems to be a common problem with the connectivity of battery cage and terminals. Had to pull apart and adjust to get working. Not great for a major brand to have such a common and ongoing faulty manufacturing.

Easy to use. Setup is super simple - and a breeze to connect it to Strava. Maps are very useful and love the warnings about upcoming tight corners and high traffic areas.

Very happy with the product. Works well and integrates seamlessly with my Merida e-Scultura and e-Silex bikes. The computer works well with the heart rate monitor, speed, and cadence sensors. Also integrates well with the Garmin Varia RTL 515 radar and tail light combo. Previously used two mobile phones with Garmin and Merida apps for riding data and these were time-consuming to set up. The Edge 840 is up and running and detects the bike connection and Garmin sensors immediately that it is turned on. This product bundle is very good value for the money and works well with the Garmin app and Strava software.
