“First HRM I received constantly dropped out and wouldn’t register tried everything, went to 99 bikes and they replaced new unit very happy with it so far”
“Garmin have provided this HRM Pro for in excess of 10 years , however it is widely known in the industry (both athletes and retailers) that the HRM only lasts 12 to 15 months with regular use! The strap will disintegrate or the signal will fail. I have purchased in excess of 5 Garmin HRM Pro and have not always being able to claim a replacement under warenty. I welcome Garmin's response, as to how they will adress this or increase the waranty period to 2 years, other than it is a highly profitable product line for Garmin and there are no plans to improve it.”
